The best themes I ever heard are
The Good Bad and Ugly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFa1-kciCb4
The terminator theme (The judgement day) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcNXq5DUZnk
Bombay Theme (AR rahman)(for peace amongst the religious bloodshed happened in 1993(Hindus and Muslims butchering each other)): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGvU4fdVb-w
This soundtrack was included in the Guardian's "1000 Albums to Hear Before You Die" list.

Re: Share Music!
Yes, the terminator is a classic.
Bombay theme, i can imagine the emotion in it during the time it was published. Beatiful theme in my opinion.
Off-topic: what names do you use: Mumbai/Bombay and i thought Calcutta had another name as well. Just curious.

Actually, the original name of these cities were Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, Bangalore, etc. For past couple of decades Government made it a matter of national pride and changed all those names to local ones. Even a lot of monumental buildings from the British era got their names changed.
Re: Share Music!
Time to share some things finnish now.
Finlandia by J. Sibelius (some people want it to be our national anthem)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5zg_af9b8c
A piece of marching music played when a finnish athlete wins olympic gold
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bw4xuoP8eZ4
And something completely different.
A song from the album i named my twitch account with.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Puc46rsspAs
One of my favourite bands, sadly they disbanded.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2he_9ucbS8
Last but not least, one of our exports, the band which got famous covering Metallica with cellos. From a concert tour I attended last year (not this show, this is from lithuania)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3vR7I63YKg
To continue the discussion we started: so there is a desire to get rid of british legacy stuff in India, am I understanding correctly?

Re: Share Music!
1. That is so great, the landscape and everything. I would love to come to Finland :p
2. So that I suppose is Finland's national anthem
3. Nice Rock Piece.
4. My favorite track of all. Hope Miiya would like it too :)
5. Attending a live concert is amazing.
Not get rid of but whenever there is election time these kind of things come up.
Right now the major political issue is to break bigger states into smaller ones and corruption.

Estonian anthem:

Another epic estonian song, that some people think it should be our anthem. It was popular during the end of Soviet rule in here. We had so called "Singing Revolution", which ended in our independance.

Re: Share Music!
Something from pop music aswell. Estonia doesn't have many famous artist. But there are some little bit famous one.
Probably most succesful one is Kerli, who actually did quite well in USA.
Here's a song from her. It's about Estonia (a mystical unknown place, that nobody knows about). And it has a estonian childrens-song in it aswell. I read that to Americans it sounded like an elvish language. :D
